Summary
We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our overarching marketing strategy. As a Marketing Manager in a start-up environment, you will wear many hats - from digital marketing and content creation to event planning and brand management. You will be the driving force behind our brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Implement and track multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
Content Creation: Copywrite, edit, and manage the production of marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and website copy.
Digital Presence: Assist in website updates and help maintain search engine visibility through basic SEO best practices and paid search support.
Social Media Management: Manage corporate social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram), create engaging content calendars, and interact with our community.
Email Marketing: Build and optimize promotional email blasts and monthly newsletters using our CRM platform.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all campaigns, analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, and present actionable insights to leadership.
Event Management: Assist in coordinating the company’s presence at industry trade shows, webinars, and local networking events.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1-3+ years of proven experience in a marketing manager role, preferably within the B2B SaaS or AI technology sector.
Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
Analytical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and social media analytics.
Design Skills: Basic proficiency in Figma is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Self-Starter: A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
